  This was a great company to work with. We had a major remodel project, a complete kitchen remodel that included taking down a wall between our kitchen and living room and opening up a large breezeway. We love the open floor plan that Joe, the designer at Interstate, put together. He used state of the art computer programs to produce a wonderful design plan that included an island, new flooring, cabinetry, and countertops. The kitchen is much more useable and there is a lovely flow produced by the overall design and the colors. Joe made the process fun and exciting. He is a great designer, and he helped us with all the decision making. Interstate provides the materials and has an excellent supply to choose from. They do extensive planning on the front end, which means there are fewer surprises once the remodel begins—including surprises in cost. (Our final cost was actually a little lower than the final estimate.) The planning also meant that the remodel was smoother, and the work was finished in a timely manner and in accordance with the five-week time frame we’d been given. The company takes real pride in their work, and all the workers were courteous and responsible. In addition, Interstate did everything they could to eliminate the stress that comes with any remodel. Joe was always highly responsive and involved. They do beautiful, professional work, and at an excellent value for the cost. I highly recommend them.
