  Yes some employees are rude but I ran into a few that are not and very nice and respectful, the nice employees were also very helpful. [Customer beware info]: BUT For this particular Sprint store when it comes to promotional items they will try and fraud and scam you to get you to switch to Sprint in their store on some promotional items that are open to anyone, for example Pokemon go was doing a promotional for "cool phone skins" for your phone and the employees were refusing to do it and say it was for people that's switched which was a lie and if I had any problems with that to contact customer support which they thought I wasn't going to do. which I did. If you want proof of the customer support conversation click on my profile and photos posted, customer support admitted that I was in the right and the store and the employees were in the wrong then u'll see in the conversation the customer support asked for the store that was refusing the promotional which I did give them this store location for lying and trying to scam me to switch to Sprint in their store to get this promotion item when I didn't need to switch to Sprint. [NOTE]: Now after said all that I'm not saying that all promotionals are open to everyone some are exclusive to yes for example switching to Sprint but this proves that you have to know and understand the promotion and have facts behind it before you try and get the promotion item or stores like this with trying to take advantage of you and scam you.
